We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Mighty Aphrodity. If you don't love your new item, send it back to us! We will gladly provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit for eligible items. Please read the policy below and let us know if you have any questions!
Return Eligibility Requirements
Most of our items are eligible for a return, please see rules below:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
- Merchandise must be returned damage-free. This includes damage from smoke, deodorant and makeup.
- Merchandise must have all of the original tags attached to the item and/or any accessories that came with that item.
- Shoes must be shipped in their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.
- Please note: Any shoes returned without the original shoe box, or returned with the shoe box as the shipping box will be subject to a restocking fee.
Final Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Final Sale Items include the following:
- All Sale/Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Intimates including Undergarments, Socks, Lingerie or Bathing Suits
How To Make A Return
Return for a Refund:
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend that you use a track-able shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
- After the item is received we will provide you a full refund minus the original cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds are given back through the original form of payment.
- If your card has expired we can process a refund on your new card.
Return for an exchange:
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Please send us an email and state which item you would like to receive in exchange for the item being returned.
- We will contact you and approve or deny your request
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping and will be charged a calculated shipping fee for the new item being sent out.
- The customer will also be charged the price difference if applicable.
Return for store credit:
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the new item being sent out.
- If you choose to receive Store credit you will not be subject to a restocking fee.
- A code containing the store credit will be emailed to you once we receive the item(s).
- When you are ready to use the code, please copy and enter it in the "Discount Code" section in your cart.
- Please note: Store credit cannot be used for shipping costs.
- Before returning merchandise, please make sure the return meets all the return eligibility requirements.
- Request a return in your MightyAphrodity.com account(Customer Service Portal, see directions below).
When Mailing a Return:
- Please make sure items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the shipping process.
- Provide a copy of the original receipt or a piece of paper with your name & order number inside the package.

- Returns are processed within 5 business days of the return delivery date. You will receive an email when we process your return.
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee.
If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
- Returns received after 14 days from the order date are considered ineligible and are subject to an additional restocking fee.
- Ineligible returns can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
- We will contact you if your item is ineligible. Items will be held for 48 hours from the date of first contact. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will process a refund with the applicable restocking fee(s).
Customer Service Portal Instructions
- At the top right of the Homepage click "Login"
- Go to your Account Dashboard and select "My Orders" in the left menu.
- Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and select "view".
- Press the "Return item(s)" button.
- Fill out the form and send.
- You can track the status of your return in the Portal by logging in and selecting My Orders>View. Scroll to the bottom and you will see the "Returns" section.
- If you received a defective/damaged item please contact us at [email protected] within two business days so we can remedy the issue.
